I’m a planner. A list maker. A post-it note user. A color coder. I make plans to make plans. I think it’s become my way of procrastinating. Once upon a time, I was a stress baker, but now I’ve turned into a planner. Looking back, I realize that I usually have the general idea mapped out in my head…there’s just some compulsive drive to write it ALL down. ...

Can we fix it?
According to my professor, YES. we can. Just wanted to share some words of wisdom from class… How to fix things: -when they don’t move enough use WD40 -when they move too much use duct tape Example scenario: You’re driving through the countryside and you find a farmer on the ground. He’s just been kicked by a horse. Clearly the trauma has resulted in a flail chest....

"Grammer test"
Started reading Eats, Shoots & Leaves today. I heard about the book many years ago…and just now got to reading it. Weird thinking about the past…when I read books for fun. Summer book clubs, trips to the library, one book/day. What happened?? School, laziness, and everything in between. Apostrophes, semicolons, commas…maybe i should stop using so many full stops.

In this age of uncertainty…there is at least one thing I am quite certain about. FOOD. whether its a packed lunch, 4th meal, or surprise box of donuts on the table…food is always there. knowing this, I do feel fortunate to consider food as my certainty. like life, i may not now what dish is next on the table, but I look forward to the variety or familiarity that it may bring. so...
